Cogual Cascades Prt 1.
On the first day of experimenting down at the waterfalls I tried to get the biggest waterfall after the huge amount of rainfall we had. This did lead to a good amount of water so taking long exposure turn into a good out come but I could of been better.

This was a lot further down stream where the river was a lot broken up and had smaller streams. This was a challenging photo because I had no tri pod as it broke on the day so using a couple of rocks making a make shift tri pod turned out pretty well.

This photograph that I took was an interesting one, this idea came to me while I was taking photos of the same waterfall but closer. I thought what if I can get the surrounding rocks and greenery to give it more of a feel photo not just heres a photo of a waterfall. The way I had taken this photo was a long exposure setting, the settings I had the camera on was an aperture of 14 and a exposed shutter speed of 8 secs with the ISO of 100.
The photo had come out the way I wanted it and I'm very happy with the result.

This waterfall was a part of the 3 waterfall system, this was the top half of the waterfall. You can see this in the first photo on the page the full waterfall. This was a pretty sketchy photo to take as the surrounding area was very wet and to the side of me was a very sharp drop. But it came out a lot better than I though it would so I'm super happy with that.

This was an interesting sight seeing the fungus grown on roots of trees so I took the opportunity to hop down in the little river stream and get real close for that depth of field effect. I also wanted to create a very vibrant photo with the powerful colour of orange against the dull tree branch that was there creating and very eye catching photo.
